It's 1.07 AM right now. i just finished making beef steak, my second experiment after Oseng Mercon the other day.
I guess it's not the first time i cooked in the middle of night.
The steak taste fine. Got the recipe from here. No pictures, sorry, i'm too lazy to take any. Better go to sleep now. I'll have a busy day tomorrow.
