Saat nasi kare kebanyakan Daging :D

Lebaran idul adha 2013 kemarin, saya puas bereksperimen dengan daging sapi. Salah satu hasilnya adalah nasi kari ini. Waktu itu emang lagi ngebet banget bikin masakan jepang. Hasilnya? Yummy desu. Enak banget. Sabar banget lho masaknya.. #lamabanget. Tapi hasil punyaku banyak dagingnya, kelihatan gede-gede gitu.. padahal mungkin resep aslinya gak gitu harusnya. Pas beli nasi kari di restoran jepang malah gak kelihatan dagingnya. Haha.

 

Kalo yang dibawah ini foto pas makan di restoran jepang. Kayaknya yang ini pake beras jepang.

 

Pingin tau resepnya, googling aja banyak koq. Kebetulan kalo di jogja gampang nyari bubuk kari.
